One Sleep to go until lca2007

One sleep to go before we fly off to Sydney for the Linux Conference (lca2007) starting on Monday !

I've alreayd printed off the programme and highlighted which tutorials and lectures I'm going to attend.. hopefully the good ones aren't `too` popular.

The mailing list they setup has proven useful, since they started it last week, there have been heaps of activity on there. I mae a post about notebook necessity and security, and got about 20 replies back within the hour - that's something you can expect from the Linux/Open Source community, willingness to help their fellow human being out.

Still got to finish off some last minute work this evening, clean up the house, and do the packing.
